Synchronized motion control · Premium chocolate
Patchi
A major enhancement over legacy AWEMA technology that reused only key mechanical parts while completely redesigning and implementing the electrical and firmware systems. Six servo-driven actuators are synchronized to deliver multiple premium chocolate recipes, supported by four independent PID heating zones, PLC/HMI workflows and production analysis.- Actuator synchronization
- Electrical + firmware redesign
- Multi-recipe dosing
- PID control
High-throughput sequencing · Real-time automation
Bäckerei Stiebling GmbH
A NI cRIO and LabVIEW system handling about 1,800 cakes per hour as they emerge asynchronously from a Dutch-made oven. It automatically serializes and orders the cakes before sealing, then synchronizes the output for easy palletizing—solving difficult real-world timing and fault-avoidance challenges through clever, high-quality engineering decisions.- ~1,800 cakes/hour

Connected-product platform · Full-stack IoT
Amie Smart Homes IoT
An end-to-end smart-home and security platform designed and manufactured in India, spanning custom electronics, compact wireless retrofit endpoints, embedded firmware, secure automated device provisioning, encrypted communication, cloud services, Android/iOS apps and Alexa voice control. A local hub ran schedules, rules and AI triggers even during internet outages, delivered sub-second responses and supported over-the-air updates. Vision AI turned ordinary IP cameras into automation and security sensors, using detected people, pets or vehicles to trigger lights, alarms and notifications. MQTT, Z-Wave, ZigBee and REST integrations extended the system to third-party products, while OEM modules made other manufacturers’ devices IoT-ready. The project was selected for Reliance Jio’s JioGenNext startup accelerator, published two of the first 10,000 Alexa Skills globally and filed two patent applications covering secure Wi-Fi device provisioning and configurable switch-to-load grouping. Its locally manufactured electronics also recorded no field failures during the documented rollout.- JioGenNext selection

Understand the real operation
We begin with the process, the constraints and the people who live with the outcome.
Design across boundaries
Architecture connects product, software, infrastructure and hardware where the system requires it.
Build to reach production
Delivery includes testing, deployment and the unglamorous details that make a system dependable.
Stay for what comes next
We can operate, improve and extend the product as the business and its evidence evolve.

Before we begin.
01What kinds of projects are a strong fit for Purplecore?+
Operationally important projects where software must meet a real process: manufacturing, logistics, retail, field service, mobile work, machine control, IoT and focused AI automation.
02Can you work with an inherited or legacy system?+
Yes. We can first understand what the existing system gets right, then modernize it in measured steps without losing the operational knowledge already inside it.
03Which technologies does the team use?+
Our track record includes React, .NET, Python, iOS, Xamarin, AWS, Azure, PLC/HMI systems, LabVIEW, NI cRIO, embedded firmware and IoT platforms. We choose around the system, not a preferred stack.
04How can an engagement begin?+
With a focused conversation about the operation, the constraint and the outcome. From there we can shape a discovery, a defined delivery, or an embedded engineering engagement.
05Do you stay involved after launch?+
Yes. Deployment, production hardening, monitoring and continued improvement can be part of the engagement when the product needs long-term engineering continuity.
06How do you decide where AI should be implemented in a business?+
We start with the operating bottleneck, the information available and the decision or task that needs to improve. AI is used where it can produce a measurable operational benefit; deterministic software remains in control where exact rules are more dependable.
07Can you add AI to our existing ERP or legacy software?+
Yes. Purplecore can connect focused AI workflows to existing systems, documents and operational data without replacing everything first. We define clear boundaries, validation and human review around the parts that need them.
